Engineering teams are expensive, and the cost of running is justified through our delivery. Above all else, we need to be focused on delivering high quality, bug free features.

The roadmap is something we should be constantly having to adjust, as we hit targets again and again. By ensuring we are always delivering, we know we can balance this with a high investment in us as people.

We should at all times be thinking about how we can work smarter instead of harder, looking for ways we can achieve more by doing less.
