Introduction

Welcome to our Career Framework, this framework is designed to outline and highlight the career paths available to you.

There are typically two paths available to you:

• Individual Contributor (IC): Impact is measured on the indivisual level through code contributions.
• People Manager ()OM: Impact is measured through a multiplier of how many people a task impacts.

When you reach a Level 4 position, after a period in the role you have the ability to move up to be a Tech Lead which is a partial promotion. This is an opportunity for you to get a taste of the People Manager path, and make a decision on which direction you would like to take your career.
